Blog Challenge- March 8
A way to cure my sadness is music. Music is the one thing that clears my mine in so many ways. I love how their is so many different types and styles. I like to listen to music depending on my mood or where I'm at. Another thing to take the stress of me is to sleep or taking a nap. For me sleeping is relaxing and it helps me forget about what I was thinking or dealing with. One last thing to get things off my chest but not really wanting to talk to people about it is to write it down in a journal. Its where I keep all of my thoughts in and just write what I'm feeling.
